Version 2.8 adds project sharing, expanded reporting tools, and updates across the app.

- Edit reports in a dedicated window, with improved saving and protection against losing unsaved changes.

Organize work by project
Bring related tasks and contacts together in a project. Review what is complete and what still needs attention, and archive projects you are not currently working on. Restore archived projects when you need them again.
Find your next task
Set priorities and due dates, review overdue work, and mark tasks complete as you go. Use the Today, This Week, This Month, and All Tasks views to focus on different timeframes.
Keep useful details with each task
Add instructions, ideas, and links to task notes. Rich-text formatting, lists, and checklists help keep important information easy to find.
Record time spent
Log time against a task and adjust the hours and minutes when needed. Quick presets give you another way to add time.
Keep contacts close
Store names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses alongside projects. Contacts also include a map view.
Share projects with collaborators
Invite people to share a project’s tasks, contacts, and reports. Access is invite-only, so you choose who joins. Project sharing is available from version 2.8.
